Bride’s Album

We are thrilled you are interested in a boudoir session with Bill Jayne Photography. All sessions include use of our entire studio space with multiple custom sets and designs. Use of a walk-in closet with lingerie, shoes, and jewelry (this is currently not available in our new location). Champaigne, wine, tea, and snacks for during and after your shoot (you will need the energy). You’ll receive full posing instruction throughout your entire shoot. We never finish until we have everything we need and are 100% satisfied. An in person viewing session of your images where we guide you through what is included and any upgrades you would like to make,if any. Custom design on album products, prints, and enlargements. Ladies-basically we offer the entire process in a comfortable, safe and sexy way.

Booking Questions

I don’t look like a supermodel, can I do this?

Everywoman is beautiful and has all the qualities to be able to step in front of the camera for a life changing experience. Bill Jayne Photography specializes in intimate portraits so rest assured you are in good hands. We work with you through the entire experience from sending your outfit guides to prep to what you need to do before you arrive on the day of. Throughout your session we coach you through the whole shoot. This isn’t a session where you make up the poses, we tell you every single thing to do down to how you lay your fingers. Believe me, you are so much more capable of doing this than you are even give yourself credit for.

How far in advance should I plan my session?

We recommend booking your session as far in advance as possible but average tends to be 4-6 weeks. If you need something sooner than that time frame still contact us, we might be able to accommodate!

Can I come in for a consultation?

Absolutely! Consultations are a great way to meet your photographer and to take a tour of the studio. We offer consultations by appointment only, Monday-Friday and times may vary.

How do I book you for my session?

If you have already inquired and you are ready to book just send an email back and we will get your online booking set up.

Is there a retainer to book my session?

Yes, a signed contract and $200.00 is due to book your session.

If I cannot make my shoot can I reschedule?

Yes, however we have a $75.00 change fee if your shoot will take place in a different month.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and all products ordered are non-refundable.

When is the studio open for shoots?

We are open Monday-Friday with shoots typically scheduled for 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, or 3:00 pm. During the fall/winter hours we cannot schedule shoots after 3:00 pm.

Studio Information

Can I stop by the studio anytime?

The studio is by appointment only.

In Person Viewing and Editing

How long before I get to view my images?

All purchasing sessions take place within 2 weeks of your session. We’ll schedule your viewing session at your boudoir session.

How long does it take to receive my images after the session?

Turn around for editing and custom designs range from 4-6 weeks. If you need your product within 10 business days, there is a rush fee on all lab orders. This varies based on what you are ordering.

Can you edit out acne, stretch marks, scars?

What is included in editing. Color adjustments, skin smoothing, removal of acne, light cellulite, and light skin lines. We also smooth skin on all images. While we also want to keep your body true to what your body is, we only do light nip/tucking. If you are wanting to become a size smaller there is an additional fee for this at $25.00 per hour for any large changes. At your viewing appointment we can discuss the amount of editing you would like to receive.

Will my images appear on your website?

Your privacy is our top priority and your images will not be published on our website without your written permission.

What if I cannot make an in-person ordering session?

You will receive an online gallery but there is a $300.00 deposit. This deposit will go towards any products purchased.

Do you provide copyright release?

Bill Jayne Photography holds all copyright to the images. If you are ordering digital files you will receive to print them yourself.

During your session

Can I bring a friend?

We understand our clients need for moral support during your boudoir session. However, we ask that you trust us in saying that having friends during your photo shoot rarely ends good. Typically, they make you more nervous as now you have another set of eyes upon you. Friends are more than welcome during hair and makeup time but during the actual photo shoot we do ask that they leave.

What goes on during a shoot?

The first thing we go over when you arrive is looking through what you brought. I want to see all your outfits, any inspiration pictures you have or your ideas. Once we go over that we’ll then pick out some favorite music and get shooting. I direct the entire shoot and help you with your poses and moves the entire session. You do not have to make up posing by yourself (unless of course, you have been practicing and want to show off your hard work!)

How long will the session take?

Sessions last one hour in length. If you are doing hair and makeup that will be another hour. Overall, you’ll want to plan for 2.5 hours in studio.

Outfits and Makeup

Do you provide outfits?

We have pieces in the studio for you to use however we ask all clients bring their own outfits as well.

What about getting hair and makeup done?

We have a salon in studio where we provide hair and makeup. This service can be added onto your booking for $125.00. We highly recommend everyone book hair and makeup. The service is truly amazing and really completes the experience. I’d rather have you adjust your budget on lingerie than to skip adding hair and makeup onto your package—it’s that important.

Payment Plans & Miscellaneous

How are payment plans done?

Payments can be set up to have your package paid off before your shoot or after. Payment plans are available for up to 6 months interest free (unless there are late payments). All payments must be completed before products are delivered.
